During your initial meetings, you will decide what level of amenities will finish out your dream home. Choose one of our Silver, Gold, Platinum or Diamond Packages to give it your own personal touch.

1. Visit A Model

Visit any of our models located around the D/FW Metroplex.

2. Select A Homesite

Choose from one of our community lots, offsite lots, or one you already own.

3. Plan Design

Meet with one of our plan designers to design a home that fits your lifestyle.

4. Review Pricing

Your sales counselor will prepare the total cost and any additional costs for your home.

5. Plans & Permits

Final plans are submitted for engineering and permitting.

6. Pre-Construction

Meet with your construction manager for information and material selection.

7. Construction

We walk you through every step of the construction process from start to finish.

8. New Keys!

Upon receiving the Certificate of Occupancy & Closing, we will hand-deliver your new keys!
