Our sales personnel will liaison with free site evaluator before preparing your lot, than we start on our custom home process.

We complete a free site evaluation to provide you with an estimate for the lot preparation work.

Lot Preparation

Our preparation consists of everything your lot needs, from clearing the land to septic tank installation.
